a shame that the MIDI implementation is so quirky, only transmits channel
aftertouch (it does not transmit poly aftertouch data) when in omni
mode and the keyboard.
Vvelocity scaling is a bit odd - it will not transmit velocity values
between 2 and 34. But I would never be without it - partnered up to
the TX816 it has so much hidden power.
